Mission of the Passes

Mission Santa Inés
Designated "Mission of the Passes" because originally to arrive this mission visitors had to battle the San Marcos Pass, take the Refugio Pass or the Gaviota Pass. This isolation discouraged visitors. Today the mission is located in Solvang, CA.
